NAIDOC Week 2019

7 July, 2019

This year's NAIDOC theme is Voice. Treaty. Truth. Let's work together for a shared future.

Voice, treaty and truth are three key elements of the reforms proposed in the Uluru Statement from the Heart. NSWALC was proud to be part of the consensus behind the statement and we believe that advancing voice, treaty and truth through a First Nations Voice to Parliament and a Makarrata Commission is essential for our shared future.

NAIDOC Week is a time to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our communities.

Here is a list of activities happening in Zones across the state to celebrate NAIDOC Week.
