Save the date - NSW Aboriginal Cultural Gathering

10 January 2018

The NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) will lead a cultural gathering in Sydney on 8 March for self-determination and culture and heritage.

NSWALC Chair Roy Ah-See encouraged members of the Aboriginal Land Rights network and all Aboriginal people to attend the gathering and make their voices heard.

"The cultural gathering will show our strength and commitment to self-determination- at community level with our membership, with Aboriginal peoples and with all sides of politics."

NSWALC will circulate further information about the cultural gathering shortly. Information will also be available on the NSWALC website - or contact (02) 9689 4444.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of the lands where we work as well as across the lands we travel through. We also acknowledge our Elders past, present and emerging.
