Dallas Donnelly is a Bundjalung and Gumbaynggirr man from Grafton. He previously served as the NSWALC North Coast Regional Councillor, was the CEO of the Grafton-Ngerrie, Baryulgil Square and Ngulingah Local Aboriginal Land Councils and an ATSIC Regional Councillor.
