Eden celebrates Federal funding for Bundian Way

The Federal Government has committed $700,000 towards Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council’s Bundian Way cultural tourism project.

The funding for Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council shows great confidence in the Land Rights network and the vision of Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council to use land to develop cultural tourism.

The Bundian Way is a traditional Aboriginal pathway thousands of years old that predates the pyramids.

The more than 300 kilometre pathway connects the Snowy Mountains from Mt Kosciuszko to the sea at Fisheries Beach near Eden.

Last year we caught up with Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council on the plans for this great cultural tourism project.
