Legends of Land Rights – Lyall Munro Snr

21 August, 2014

In this episode we travel to Moree to hear from Lyall Munro Snr, a respected elder of Kamilaroi country and a respected elder throughout NSW.

Lyall’s lifetime of work has included fighting for treaty, legal services, medical services, social justice and land rights.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of the lands where we work as well as across the lands we travel through. We also acknowledge our Elders past, present and emerging.
