Nambucca Heads LALC stands above the crowd

Nambucca Heads Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) Chief Executive Officer Louise Robinson was this month named as among the best managers in the State.

The Australian Institute of Management recognised Louise’s outstanding community leadership, honouring her with the NSW Not For Profit Manager of the Year.

Louise and her team are putting Nambucca LALC on the map with a range of initiatives including an Eco Store, art gallery and will soon open a coffee shop.

The LALC operate social housing programs and manage the Gumma Indigenous Protection Area.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of the lands where we work as well as across the lands we travel through. We also acknowledge our Elders past, present and emerging.
