NSWALC Financial Assistance - 2011 NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout

NSWALC is pleased to confirm that financial assistance is available for men's and women's teams registered in the 2011 NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout to be held at the Carrington Park Sporting Complex, Bathurst from 30 September to 3^rd October.

NSWALC Grants are available for teams registered in the Knockout to assist with reimbursement of registration fees.  Grants of $1,000 (men's) and $500 (women's) can be accessed by providing the following information:-

• Completion of the NSWALC 2011 Knockout Grant Application Form;
• ABN Information; 
• Bank Account Details;
• Confirmation of your registration with Barwon Aboriginal Corporation and its receipt showing that registration fees have been paid.

ABN Information: If you are an individual  who has paid the registration fee on behalf of a team and you are claiming reimbursement, you are required to complete the Statement by a Supplier form. If you're an organisation paying on behalf of a team, you are required to provide your organisation's ABN. Any teams without an ABN, please complete the Statement by a Supplier form. This form can be completed in lieu of an ABN and the first box must be ticked in Part 3 of the form . Please do not provide an ABN number if your team does not have an ABN.

Please note that all teams must provide all relevant information as listed above prior to the NSWALC grant being processed.  In the event that all information is not provided, the payment of grant funds will be delayed.
