The New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) is pleased to announce the successful recipients of the 2026-2027 Regional Event Grants.
Grant funding for successful applicants commenced in July 2026 and will continue to be distributed throughout the 2026-2027 financial year, concluding in June 2027.
NSWALC’s Regional Event Grants provide important funding for organisations and events that support and promote Aboriginal culture and sporting achievements.
Events funded through this program contribute to the ongoing expression of Culture, intergenerational engagement and the recognition of Aboriginal excellence across NSW.
This year’s successful recipients include a diverse range of regional events set to take place across the State, including the Link-Up NSW Aboriginal Corporations COOEE Festival, the Saltwater Freshwater Festival in Coffs Harbour, and Griffith LALC’s Survival Day. Applications for the 2027-2028 round will open at the beginning of 2027.
