Use of NSWALC Logo by Candidates Prohibited

With the NSWALC elections to be held on 30 November, candidates are reminded that they are under no circumstances permitted to use the NSWALC logo on any campaign materials.

This is to promote equality and fairness to all candidates running for the office of Councillor and to ensure that NSWALC is not perceived to be endorsing any particular candidate.

The logo is a registered trademark of the NSWALC and NSWALC may exercise and enforce legal rights to prevent unauthorised use of the logo.

Land Council members are urged to report any misuse of the NSWALC logo by candidates to media@alc.org.au.
