NSWALC continues to support Knockout

25 September, 2015

WAC_BannerThe NSW Aboriginal Land Council has approved a grant of up to $75,000 to the Barwon Aboriginal Corporation to support next month’s 2015 NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout, which will be held in Dubbo.

The funding of $1000 per team helps discount registration fees for the first 75 male or female teams to register for the event.

NSWALC encourages teams to register with the Barwon Aboriginal Corporation as soon as possible so they can access funding from the grant.

The grant has been made available under the NSWALC discretionary grants Community Benefits Scheme.

NSWALC is proud to support the Knockout and we look forward to catching the on-field action and catching up with mob over the long weekend.

Thousands of people attend the Knockout every year at the event and also through broadcasters NITV.
