Grace Toomey stands down as Councillor for the Central Region

The NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) Councillor for the Central Region, Grace Toomey has been disqualified from holding office pursuant to s132(1)(i) of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 and has stood down.

Grace undertook a onetime secondary employment without approval of the Council and despite donating her remuneration, was disqualified as a result.…
